Side effects & complaints
Reporting a side effect: message your care team in the care portal or call (866) 485-3013. Clinical staff review patient messages and we aim to respond the same day. If symptoms are severe or worsening, stop the medication and seek in-person care. You may also report a suspected reaction directly to the FDA at fda.gov/medwatch or 1-800-FDA-1088.
Complaints: email team@heydaymd.com with "Complaint" in the subject line, or call the number above. We acknowledge within five business days and respond within 30 days, and we do not retaliate for complaints. You may also contact the licensing board of the state where you were treated, or — for privacy matters — the HHS Office for Civil Rights (see our Notice of Privacy Practices).
