HeydayMD is a new practice. Our earliest patients are still in their first months of treatment, and testimonials collected that early say very little about whether a protocol actually worked.

Plenty of telehealth sites fill this space with stock photos, invented names and five-star quotes nobody ever said. We'd rather leave the page honest and let you judge us on what's checkable instead.

What you can verify about us today

Every item here is independently checkable — not a claim about how patients feel.

CLIA-certified laboratory partners. Your blood work runs through federally certified labs held to the same standard as your primary care doctor's lab. Certification is a matter of public record.

Clinicians licensed in your state, with physician oversight. Treatment plans are written by nurse practitioners and physician assistants licensed where you live, working under a collaborating physician of record. Every license is searchable in your state's professional registry. How care works →

Clinical education reviewed by practicing physicians. Our Medical Advisory Board reviews our educational content for accuracy. Both members are named, with their credentials and their real specialties — and they advise on content only, never on your care.

How we'll publish reviews

When we do start publishing patient experiences, these are the rules we're holding ourselves to:

Written consent, every time. No review goes up without the patient's documented approval of the exact wording.
Their words, not ours. We won't rewrite a review into marketing copy or trim the inconvenient parts.
Unfavorable reviews stay up. If someone had a poor experience and consents to us publishing it, we publish it.
No incentives. We won't trade discounts, free months or gifts for a review.
Lab values only with permission. Any numbers shown will be that patient's real results, shared with their explicit consent.
Dated. Each review will carry the date it was given, so you can see how current it is.

Already a Heyday patient?

If you'd like to share your experience — good or bad — email team@heydaymd.com. We'll ask you to approve the exact wording before anything is published, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Individual results vary. Outcomes depend on starting lab values, adherence to protocol, lifestyle factors and individual physiology. All treatments require a valid prescription following clinical evaluation and review of your blood work.
