Four steps. You complete a short medical intake, collect a blood sample at home with our mailed kit, and review your results on video with a licensed clinician. If your labs and symptoms indicate clinically low testosterone and treatment is appropriate, medication and supplies ship to you, and follow-up bloodwork is used to adjust your protocol over time. See testosterone therapy at HeydayMD.
Plans are prepaid for the term you choose: annual $1188 (works out to $99/month, at-home lab kit included), 6-month $699, or 3-month $447. The lab kit is $229 on the 6- and 3-month plans. Medication is included in every plan, and follow-up lab panels are $229 each. Full details are on the checkout page.
An 8-marker male hormone panel: total and free testosterone, SHBG, albumin, estradiol, PSA, hemoglobin and hematocrit, with optional lipid and cardio-metabolic add-ons. Collection happens at home and the sample goes back with a prepaid label. The kit is $229 on its own. See the at-home testosterone test kit and the lab testing FAQ.

Yes. Memberships renew automatically for the same term unless you cancel, and you can cancel your renewal at any time with no fee through your care portal, by phone at (866) 485-3013, or by email. Your membership stays active through the end of the term you already paid for.
Refunds are issued in specific cases: if your initial labs show you are not a candidate for treatment (refunded minus $229 for the lab kit), if your clinician discontinues treatment for medical reasons during a prepaid term (prorated), or for billing errors. See the full refund policy.
Care is delivered by independent, state-licensed clinicians (physicians, nurse practitioners or physician assistants, depending on your state) contracted through our provider network, LocumTele (locumtele.org). HeydayMD does not itself practice medicine. You are treated only by a clinician licensed in the state you are in, and each clinician’s name, NPI and state licenses are listed on our Our Providers page.
If your clinician prescribes medication, it is dispensed by an independent, state-licensed pharmacy, currently Empower Pharmacy (Empower Clinic Services, L.L.C.), a 503A compounding pharmacy and FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facility in Houston, Texas. HeydayMD does not own or operate a pharmacy, and you may ask for your prescription to be sent to a pharmacy of your choosing. See our Terms.
Questions about testosterone therapy itself (safety, side effects, fertility, how long it takes to work) are answered on the TRT FAQ.
