If the sample doesn't work, the next kit is on us. No return, no argument.

Testing is performed under a physician-issued requisition and your results are reviewed by a licensed clinician. This panel is a laboratory measurement, not a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for care from your own physician.

Seven panels, one collection

Most men have never seen these numbers together on one page. Measured together, they explain each other — which is the entire point of running them in a single collection.

The press-on collection device used in the Heyday panel

This is the whole instrument.

It sticks to the outside of your upper arm like a plaster. You press the button once and it draws the sample into the tube while you sit still for a few minutes. There is nothing to insert, nothing to aim, and nothing sharp to dispose of afterwards.

1
Your kit ships in 2–3 days.

Everything is in the box: the collection device, a heat pack, alcohol pad, bandage, and a prepaid return mailer.

2
Collect at home in under five minutes.

The device presses against your upper arm and draws a small sample. No needles, no finger pricks. Free live 1:1 support is available while you collect.

3
Drop the prepaid mailer at FedEx.

Same day, before 4 PM local. Same-day shipping is what keeps the time-sensitive markers accurate.

4
A CLIA-certified lab runs the panel.

The same laboratory standard your physician's office uses. Results in 5–7 business days.

5
A licensed clinician reviews your results.

You get every value with its reference range and a written summary of what the numbers mean together — yours to keep and to bring to any doctor you choose.

Why the morning matters. Several of these markers move by the hour. Collect within 1–2 hours of waking, after an 8–12 hour fast (water encouraged), and skip biotin and B-vitamin supplements for 24 hours beforehand. Your kit repeats all of this on the instruction card inside.
Why men run this panel

Numbers first. Decisions after.

1

A baseline that keeps

An annual physical often measures a fraction of this. A full baseline is what makes next year's panel interpretable.

2

Yours to take anywhere

The report is a normal lab report. Bring it to your primary care physician, your specialist, or nobody at all.

3

No standing appointment

No time off work, no waiting room, no phlebotomist. One box, one drop-off.

What arrives

You get numbers, ranges, and a clinician's read

Questions

Straight answers

Is this a real lab test?

Yes. Your sample is processed by a CLIA-certified clinical laboratory — the same regulatory standard that applies to a hospital lab. Testing is performed under a physician-issued requisition.

Does it hurt?

The device presses against the outside of your upper arm and draws the sample without a needle or a finger prick. Most men describe it as a firm pinch that fades.

Can I use a conventional blood draw instead?

The press-on device is our default and it works for nearly everyone. If you would rather have a standard venous draw, email team@heydaymd.com before you order and we will tell you what is available in your state.

Do I need a doctor's order?

No. The requisition is issued for you as part of your order. Available in all 50 states and Puerto Rico.

What if my sample doesn't work?

At-home collection occasionally produces a sample the lab cannot run — usually too small a volume. If that happens we ship you a replacement kit at no cost. You do not need to return anything or make a case for it.

Is this a subscription?

No. $229 is a one-time purchase. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.

What happens after my results?

You receive your full report with a clinician's written summary. What you do next is your decision, with whichever physician you choose.

Is this a diagnosis?

No. A blood panel measures values at one point in time. Diagnosis requires a clinician evaluating those values alongside your history and symptoms. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911.
