Lab Panel Terms
These terms govern your purchase of the Heyday at-home blood panel ("the Panel") from HEYDAYMD LLC ("Heyday", "we"). They apply to the Panel only. By ordering, you agree to them.
1. What the Panel is
The Panel is a laboratory measurement of biomarkers from a blood sample you collect yourself at home. Testing is performed by a CLIA-certified clinical laboratory under a requisition issued by a licensed physician, and your results are reviewed by a licensed clinician who provides a written summary.
The Panel is not a diagnosis and is not medical treatment. Laboratory values describe one point in time. Only a clinician who evaluates those values alongside your history and examination can diagnose a condition. Nothing you receive from us should be used as a substitute for care from your own physician. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- You must be physically located in the United States or Puerto Rico at the time of collection.
- You must order for yourself. Ordering on behalf of another person is not permitted.
- The physician issuing your requisition may decline to issue it, and the reviewing clinician may decline to review results, where doing so would not be clinically appropriate. In that case you are not charged, or you are refunded in full for an unfulfilled order.
3. Price, shipping, and fulfillment
- The Panel is $229 USD, charged once. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel.
- Outbound shipping and the prepaid return mailer are included.
- Kits typically arrive 2–3 business days after your order. Results are typically available 5–7 business days after the laboratory receives your sample. These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier and laboratory turnaround are outside our control.
4. Your responsibilities when collecting
Sample quality determines whether the laboratory can run the panel. You agree to follow the collection instructions included in your kit, including fasting, morning collection timing, supplement avoidance, and same-day drop-off at a physical FedEx location.
If a sample cannot be processed because of a collection or shipping error, we will send one replacement kit at no charge. Further replacements may be purchased at the then-current price.
5. Cancellations and returns
- You may cancel your order for any reason before your kit ships, and the charge is reversed in full.
- Once a kit has shipped, it cannot be returned or resold, and the purchase is final. This is a regulatory constraint on human-sample collection devices, not a preference.
- Where the Panel is not fulfilled at all — no kit shipped and no laboratory work performed — you are not charged.
6. Results, records, and privacy
Your results are protected health information. We handle them in accordance with our Privacy Notice and applicable law, and we do not sell them. You receive your complete report and may share it with any clinician you choose. Retain your own copy; we do not guarantee indefinite storage or retrieval.
7. Abnormal and critical values
Certain laboratory values require prompt clinical attention. If your results include a value the reviewing clinician considers urgent, we will attempt to reach you using the contact information you provided. You are responsible for keeping that information accurate and for seeking care.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heyday's total liability arising from your purchase of the Panel is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including decisions made on the basis of laboratory results without clinical evaluation.
9. Changes and contact
