Payment is made by credit or debit card to HeydayMD LLC. Card details go directly to our payment processor, which stores your card for automatic renewal. Your membership term is the term you selected and renews automatically for the same term at the then-current price you were notified of, charged to the card you authorized, until you cancel. We email you 21 days and 3 days before each renewal with a one-click cancel link. Cancel your renewal anytime using that link, in your care portal, by calling (866) 485-3013, or by emailing team@heydaymd.com — no fees, no phone-retention script. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active through the term you paid for. A membership plan covers your clinical care (evaluation, lab review, clinician time and dose adjustments) and any medication a clinician prescribes for you, dispensed by a licensed pharmacy and included in your plan price. The lab kit is included with the annual plan only; follow-up lab panels are $229 each.
