By using Heyday, you consent to receive health care services via
telemedicine. You understand that telehealth involves the use of electronic
communications and may not be equivalent to in-person care.
Heyday provides health services including at-home lab testing, virtual
provider consultations, and prescription delivery for conditions such as low
testosterone, obesity, sexual dysfunction, hair loss, and skin concerns.
Information provided on our website and via communications with Heyday
are for informational purposes only and not a substitute for medical
diagnosis or treatment by a licensed provider.
You acknowledge that you understand the potential risks and benefits of
treatment options including hormone therapy and weight loss medications,
and agree to proceed under the direction of a licensed medical professional.
You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to maintain the
confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity
under your account.
All services are billed securely. You agree to pay all fees associated with
your use of our services. Subscription services automatically renew unless
canceled.
Due to the nature of telemedicine and prescription products, refunds are not
guaranteed once a provider has conducted a consultation or a pharmacy has
fulfilled an order. Subscription cancellations must be submitted before the
next billing cycle.
Prescriptions are issued only if deemed medically appropriate by a licensed
provider. Heyday does not guarantee treatment or prescriptions for any
condition.
Some services are offered on a subscription basis. You will be charged
automatically unless you cancel through your user portal. You may cancel at
any time prior to renewal.
You agree not to misuse our platform, attempt to access accounts not
belonging to you, or use our services for unlawful purposes.
All content, branding, and technology associated with Heyday is protected
by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute
materials without consent.
Heyday is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from your use of the service.
All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of New
York. You waive the right to a jury trial or class action.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service
constitutes agreement to updated Terms.
